Huang Fei-hu

Huang Fei-hu (‘yellow flying tiger’) Known also, in abbreviated form, as Fei. A Chinese god, lord of the sacred mountain of Tai Shan, in eastern China. Originally a chthonic deity in the form of a one-eyed bull with a snake’s tail, he subsequently became the judge of the dead, whose souls call at the sacred mountain.
