Caron

Caron: A demon governed by the infernal king Malgaras. Caron is a chief duke of the night with thirty lesser spirits under him. His name appears in the Ars Theurgia. Through Malgaras, he is tied to the court of the west. Caron also appears as a servant of the demon Ariton in the Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage. Caron is very likely a variant of the name Charon, the Greek ferryman said to convey the dead across the river Styx and into Hades.
