Agathodaemon

Agathodaemon (good Demon) In Greek mythology, a good spirit of the cornfields and vineyards. Libations of unmixed wine were made to the spirit at meals. In Greek art Agathodaemon was portrayed as a youth holding a horn of plenty and a bowl in one hand, and in the other a poppy and ears of corn.
