Ah Raxa Tzel

Ah Raxa Tzel (the lord of the green gourd or blue bowl) In Mayan mythology, a sky god or personification of the sky, mentioned in the sacred book Popol Vuh of the ancient Quichá Maya of Guatemala. The name of the god reflects the belief that the sky was an inverted bowl or gourd.
