Bumpology is the art of foretelling the future of someone by studying the bumps on his skull.
From English bump + Greek -logia, study.
Formulated by Franz Joseph Gall in the late 18th century, phrenology is a pseudoscience based on the study of the structure of the human skull to determine a person's character and/or mental capacity. Discredited by scientific research, phrenology subsided in the United States until the 1930s.
