Caudes: A servant of the demon Batthan. Caudes appears in the Peterson translation of the Sworn Book of Honorius. Here, he is said to be connected with the sun. He has the power to bring power and riches to any mortal. He can also confer good health and the favour of friends. Caudes is governed by the angels Raphael, Cashael, Dardyhel, and Hanrathaphael. He is one of four demons in the hierarchy of the sun that are also said to be subject to the north wind.
