Feng Popo – Madame Wind

Feng Popo is the Chinese Mistress of the Winds. She manifests as an old lady who rides a tiger along a celestial road of clouds. The winds are stuffed into a bag she wears slung around her shoulder. On a day when the weather’s calm, she has the winds all locked up. When they get too heavy and her shoulders start to ache, she releases them.
