Hino

Hino In North American Indian mythology (Iroquois), the thunderer. Armed with his mighty bow and flaming arrow, he was the eternal enemy of evil. Hino slew the great serpent of the waters, who was destroying the earth. Hino’s wife is the rainbow, and his assistants are Oshadagea, the great dew eagle who lodges in the western sky and who carries a lake of dew in the hollow of his back, and Keneu, the golden eagle.
