This is why the Bible states, “Let this mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus!” It is by mastering our mind that all negative feeling and emotions can be released and one can learn to live in self mastery, centeredness, unconditional love, joy, peace, forgiveness, nonjudgmentalness and equanimity at all times!
