ALAN

Demon Alan
Alan: Ordinarily a rather prosaic name, in the Mathers translation of the Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage, Alan appears as a demon who serves Astaroth. The name of this demon is given as Alafy in a version of the Abramelin material kept at the Wolfenbüttel library. The version kept at the Sächsische Landesbibliothek (Saxon State Library), in Dresden, Germany, spells the name Alasi.
