Caucasus

Caucasus Mountain range where the Greek god Zeus chained Prometheus as a punishment. Each day Prometheus’s liver was devoured by an eagle or a vulture. Vergil’s Aeneid (book 4) says that Mount Caucasus burned when Phaethon’s chariot came too close to earth.
