Currently, this mysterious place located near Tequendama Falls (an easy ride from Bogota, the capital city) is now completely abandoned. It opened in the 1920´s and closed down in the early 1990´s due to river contamination. Taking into account its location, it was known as the ´perfect choice´ for those who wanted to put an end to their lives by jumping from the brink 157 meters down (515 foot).
Nowadays, you can visit this place under the name of ´Tequendama Falls Museum of Biodiversity and Culture´ and many people affirm to have seen or felt spirits in the hotel as they walk around. Some of the evidence, beyond testimonies, include some footage and pictures that could prove the presence of something else staring curiously to the ones that are still in this world.
