Fatit are Birth Fairies. Their name derives from Fate. Miren, another name used for them, derives from the Greek Moirae. Fatit are pretty, if extremely powerful spirits, tiny enough to ride butterflies. On the third day following a baby’s birth, three Fatit approach the cradle and determine the baby’s destiny.
