Hakata is a South African form of divination that uses bones or dice.

Methods

African witch used pieces of bone, ivory or wood for divination. These different objects are inscribed with symbols that represent the signs of the zodiac. They are cast upon the ground by the witch doctor who then interprets their meaning.
