Hantu Dodong

Hantu Dodong

(HAN-too Do-DONG)

Variations:

Hántu Dondong, Hantu Dor Dong

The hantu dodong of India feeds off the blood of wild pigs as well as the blood of humans, like many vampires do. However, this vampire comes into existence in a rather unique way—the evils of humanity give it form and allow it to physically manifest. Once it has a form, when not living in its cave, it hunts for its prey.
