Igis
Igis: According to the Mathers translation of the Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage, Igis is one of a number of demons governed by the demonic princes of the four cardinal directions: Oriens, Paimon, Ariton, and Amaimon. Mathers was working from a fifteenth-century French manuscript of the Ambramelin material. In other surviving versions of this work, the name of this demon is given as Sigis.
