Karosta Prison – Liepāja

Karosta Prison is one of the most infamous haunted locations in Latvia. Originally built as a military hospital, it was later used as a prison by both the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany. Many prisoners suffered and died here under horrific conditions, leading to numerous reports of paranormal activity. Visitors and ghost hunters have reported seeing shadowy figures, hearing disembodied voices, and experiencing unexplained cold spots and other phenomena.
