Lemel
Lemel: One of several demonic servitors said to fall under the command of Astaroth and Asmodeus. Lemel’s name appears in the Mathers translation of the Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage, where he is made to swear allegiance to the magician as a part of the Holy Guardian Angel working. At least three other versions of the Abramelin material exist, and they contain variations on the spelling of many of these demon names. Both the manuscript kept at the Dresden library and the Peter Hammer edition published in Cologne give the name of this demon as Leniel.
