Masaub: A demon in the court of Magoth. In his 1898 translation of the Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage, Mathers also lists this demon as a servant of Kore. Mathers tries to relate Masaub’s name to a Hebrew word meaning “circuit.” In the other Ambremalin texts, the name is rendered Masadul.
