Najin
Najin: The 1898 translation of the Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage, produced by occultist S. L. MacGregor Mathers, suggests that the name of this demon may be derived from a Hebrew root meaning “propagating.” Najin is one of a large host of demons ruled by the four infernal princes of the cardinal directions: Oriens, Paimon, Ariton, and Amaimon. Najin and his many other demonic cohorts are all mentioned as part of the working to achieve dialogue with the Holy Guardian Angel, a ritual central to the Abramelin material.
