This historic building in Tallinn’s Old Town is one of the most famous haunted locations in Estonia. The legend goes that a mysterious event took place in one of the apartments on the second floor. It is said that a couple rented the apartment to a stranger who threw a lavish party, but after the party, the room was left untouched and locked forever. Strange noises, ghostly apparitions, and eerie occurrences have been reported by those living nearby.
