Lunamancy is telling a fortune by interpreting the shape of and shapes on the moon.
Etymology
Derived from the Latin luna ('moon') and Greek manteia ('prophecy')
Methods
The art and practice of divination by the shadows created by the moonlight on individual's face. Before the divining, silver dust is to be spread on the caster's hands, and then on the subject's face. This is most often done on the full moon to have the highest moonlight intensity.
