Maccathiel

Maccathiel: The name of this demon is thought to mean “the retribution of God.” As such, he is a fallen angel in charge of vengeance. Maccathiel is named in Moncure Daniel Conway’s two-volume work, Demonology and Devil-Lore, published in 1881. Conway includes Maccathiel-along with Samael, Azazel, and Azael-as four demons who personify elemental forces of the universe.
