Maseriel
Maseriel: In the Ars Theurgia , Maseriel is named as the fourth spirit in rank beneath Caspiel, the infernal
Emperor of the South. According to this text, he holds dominion over the west by south and his title is king. He has many lesser spirits beneath him, and the chief of these are twelve dukes who attend him during the day.
Another twelve stand in attendance during the hours of the night. Maseriel is reputed to be a tractable and good-natured spirit, as are all the spirits who serve beneath him. The name of this demon can also be found in the Steganographia of Johannes Trithemius.
